Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Marketer based in Lagos State, Nigeria. The Real Estate Marketer will be responsible for promoting and renting spaces in the mall , developing marketing strategies, identifying and targeting potential clients, conducting market research, and collaborating with real estate agents. The role also involves coordinating marketing campaigns, managing social media platforms related to real estate properties, and ensuring effective communication with clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in the Mall industry
• Experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies
• Proficiency in market research and identifying client needs
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage social media platforms and digital marketing campaigns
• Knowledge of the real estate market in Lagos State and surrounding areas
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
Previous experience in real estate marketing is a plus
