Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Conduct field market research on residential, commercial, and mixed-use real estate sectors across several locations.
- Collect, organize, and analyze data on rents, sales, vacancies, pipeline projects, and macroeconomic indicators.
- Prepare quarterly reports and boutique reports as necessary.
- Maintain property databases, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
- Generate data visualizations and dashboards to present findings in a clear and compelling format.
- Assist with brokerage client requests promptly. Support the preparation of data snapshots.
Requirements:
- Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and insights.
- Excellent report writing and presentation abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Working knowledge of Power BI is an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
