Our company, a leader in the Paint and Protective Coatings Manufacturing industry is seeking to engage an HR & Admin Manager to oversee all aspects of HR & Admin practices and processes, manage recruitment and selection, develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives, oversee employee benefits and wellness programs, ensuring compliance, etc.
- Minimum Qualification : MBA / MSc
- Experience Level : Senior level
- Experience Length : 7 years
Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Human Resources Management:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company goals
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and retention of technical and factory staff
- Oversee performance management systems and career development plans
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, safety regulations, and company policies
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions
- Coordinate training programs, including safety and chemical handling protocols
- Administer payroll, benefit, and leave management
- Maintain accurate HR records and documentation
Administrative Oversight:
- Supervise office administration, facility maintenance, and support services
- Manage procurement of office supplies and coordination with vendors
- Oversee travel logistics, meeting arrangements, and internal communications
- Ensure proper documentation, filing systems, and recordkeeping
- Monitor administrative budgets and implement cost control measures Support compliance with environmental, health, and safety standards
Requirements:
- Minimum of MBA/MSc
- Minimum of 7 years experience in a similar role
