Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Deputy Branch Manager at Alert Group in Lagos. The Deputy Branch Manager will oversee daily branch operations, including customer service and staff management. Responsibilities include managing branch financial targets, developing and implementing branch policies, overseeing loan disbursements, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The role also involves developing business strategies to improve financial performance and branch growth.

Qualifications

• Branch Operations Management, Customer Service, and Staff Supervision skills
• Experience in Financial Planning, Budgeting, and Reporting
• Knowledge of Loan Processing, Risk Management, and Regulatory Compliance
• Strong Analytical, Strategic Thinking, and Problem-Solving Skills
• Exceptional Communication and Leadership Skills
• Ability to work on-site in Lagos
• Experience in the microfinance or banking industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
