Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated, target-driven, and strategic Business Development Manager with a solid background in real estate and finance. This individual will be responsible for driving sales, expanding business opportunities, growing the brand, and building subsidiaries from the ground up. The ideal candidate has a sharp business acumen, embraces a high-performance culture, and is committed to reducing overhead costs while maximizing company profits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Aggressively drive sales growth by identifying new market opportunities, developing strategies to attract clients, and closing high-value deals.
- Develop and execute comprehensive business development plans aligned with the company’s strategic goals.
- Identify and reduce unnecessary spending and overhead costs, improving operational efficiency.
- Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, investors, clients, and partners to support growth initiatives.
- Lead the charge in growing the brand visibility, credibility, and market presence across relevant platforms and locations.
- Spearhead the setup and scale-up of subsidiary companies, providing structure, guidance, and support for long-term success.
- Analyze financial reports and market trends to chart courses for the company to maximize profit and sustainability.
- Collaborate with the finance, operations, and marketing teams to ensure strategic alignment and seamless execution.
- Monitor performance metrics, provide timely reports, and adjust strategies as needed to ensure sales targets and business goals are consistently met or exceeded.
- Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation within the team and across departments.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field (MBA is an added advantage).
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in business development, preferably in the real estate or finance sector.
- Proven track record of driving sales, growing businesses, and delivering measurable results.
- Strong understanding of real estate markets, financial modeling, and cost management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Visionary, goal-oriented, and strategic thinker with exceptional leadership and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₦350,000.00 - ₦500,000.00 per month
