Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain and expand a portfolio of residential, commercial, or industrial properties.
- Conduct property viewings and provide clients with relevant information.
- Advise clients on market conditions, prices, legal requirements, and related matters.
- Negotiate deals and close property sales or rental agreements.
- Prepare and submit necessary documentation such as contracts, agreements, and other legal forms.
- Stay updated on market trends, property values, and new listings.
- Coordinate with legal, financial, and administrative teams to ensure smooth transactions.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Represent the company professionally at industry events and property exhibitions.
