If you're passionate about creating engaging, high-quality content and managing social media platforms, we want you. You’ll be responsible for developing content and managing engagement across TikTok, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn, helping to build a strong and vibrant online community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation: Develop, produce, and edit engaging content for TikTok, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Social Media Management: Manage and oversee all company social media accounts, ensuring content is posted on time and consistent with our brand voice.
- Engagement: Actively engage with our community across platforms, responding to comments, messages, and participating in conversations to foster a strong online presence.
- Trend Spotting: Stay on top of trends and adapt content to keep it fresh, engaging, and relevant.
- Analytics: Track performance metrics and report on social media performance, offering insights for content improvements and engagement strategies.
- Campaign Management: Support content campaigns and help manage influencer partnerships to expand reach.
- Brand Voice: Ensure a consistent and engaging brand voice across all platforms, tailored for each channel.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align content with business goals and key campaigns.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in content creation and social media management, particularly on TikTok, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Strong communication skills with a soft-spoken, clear, and approachable presentation style.
- Ability to create engaging content that resonates with different audiences on each platform.
- Experience in community management, engaging with followers and building a loyal audience.
- Proficient in video editing and content creation tools.
- Knowledge of analytics and performance tracking tools.
- Self-driven and able to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and stay organized.
- Passion for storytelling, creativity, and social media trends.
Bonus Points:
- Experience in influencer marketing or brand collaborations.
- Knowledge of social media best practices and trends in real estate, fintech, or related industries.
