About the Role:
We are hiring two Training and Events Marketers who will take charge of the planning, marketing, and coordination of all in-person and virtual training programs and events. The ideal candidates will manage everything from logistics to registration while attracting the right audience and ensuring high-quality delivery.
Job Purpose:
To lead and manage the planning, coordination, and promotion of all training programs, webinars, and events—ensuring seamless execution and measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and organize in-person and virtual trainings, webinars, and events
- Set up registration forms and manage attendee data
- Drive candidate acquisition for training programs through outreach and promotions
- Coordinate facilitators, schedules, and training materials
- Manage event logistics (venue, tech setup, communication)
- Track attendance, collect feedback, and generate post-event reports
- Collaborate with the design/digital team to produce promotional materials
- Ensure quality assurance and consistency across all training sessions
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Geography, Surveying & Geoinformatics, Education, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in training coordination, event management, or marketing
- Excellent organizational, communication, and people-management skills
- Proficiency with tools like Zoom, Google Workspace, webinar platforms, and CRM systems
- Prior experience in a tech-based or educational training environment is highly preferred
