We’re looking for a motivated and reliable Sales Representative/Field Marketer to drive the sales of our product in retail stores. In this role, you will visit shops, build strong relationships with store owners and staff, promote our bread to customers, and ensure our product is well displayed and available. Your efforts will directly support the growth and visibility of our bakery brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit retail stores within assigned areas to market and promote our product.
- Build and maintain good relationships with store owners, staff, and customers.
- Ensure proper product placement and visibility in each store.
- Engage with customers to introduce the product and encourage trial purchases.
- Monitor the performance of marketing activities and share feedback for improvement.
- Represent the bakery at local promotions, events, and activation activities.
- Work closely with the bakery’s marketing team to maintain brand consistency.
- Meet assigned sales and marketing targets.
Requirements:
- Experience in sales, marketing, or retail (field work experience preferred).
- Confident, approachable, and good at communicating with people.
- Able to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Must reside within Lekki, Lagos.
- Ability to drive with a valid driver’s license is a requirement.
- Willing and able to travel within assigned areas regularly.
