Role Description

The Team Manager will oversee daily operations and manage a team of experts in our Ask an Expert - Your Personal Insurance Advisor service. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Abuja, allowing for some work-from-home flexibility. Responsibilities include setting team goals, monitoring performance, offering guidance, solving complex client issues, ensuring service excellence, and collaborating with other departments for continuous improvement. In addition, it's a commission based marking job only for the serious minded.
