As the Team Lead, Wealth Management, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals to drive revenue growth and expand the client base within the wealth management sector. This role combines leadership, business development, and client relationship management, ensuring the team achieves financial targets and provides high-quality service to high-net-worth individuals.


Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:

Managing, mentoring, and motivating a team of wealth management professionals to achieve individual and team goals.


Business Development:

Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and implementing strategies to acquire new clients and grow the existing client base.


Client Relationship Management:

Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals, understanding their financial needs, and providing tailored solutions.


Sales and Marketing:

Leading sales engagements, developing marketing strategies, and ensuring the team effectively pitches wealth management products and services.


Financial Performance:

Monitoring team performance against targets, analyzing financial data, and making recommendations for improvement.


Compliance and Risk Management:

Ensuring the team adheres to all relevant laws, regulations, and compliance requirements within the financial services industry.


Collaboration:

Working with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to drive business growth and ensure a seamless client experience.


Market Analysis:

Staying up-to-date on market trends, competitive landscape, and client needs to inform business strategies.
