Role Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the HR Business Partner team, providing guidance and support.
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
- Foster strong relationships with management and employees to provide insightful HR advice.
- Oversee recruitment processes, including talent acquisition and onboarding.
- Drive performance management processes and support employee development plans.
- Advise on employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with labor laws.
- Implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills.
- Support organizational change initiatives and manage the transition effectively.
- Analyze HR data and metrics to inform decision-making and strategic planning.
- Ensure HR policies are up-to-date and communicated across the organization.
- Promote an engaging work environment, focusing on employee retention strategies.
- Organize and facilitate employee engagement activities and feedback mechanisms.
- Conduct exit interviews to identify areas for improvement within the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance business performance. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure competitive HR services.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in HR Business Partner or similar roles.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices and employment law.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with senior management and employees.
- Experience in talent management and workforce planning.
- Knowledge of HR software and data analysis techniques.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proficiency in developing HR strategies that support business goals.
- Ability to handle sensitive issues with discretion and confidentiality.
- Experience in conducting training and development initiatives.
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is preferred.
- Ability to adapt to changing business environments.
- Strong organizational and project management skills. Willingness to engage in continuous learning and development.
