Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Officer to join our team at our Wuse, Abuja office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for various client organizations, while also contributing to the continuous improvement of our recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities

• • Partner with client organizations to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
• • Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
• • Utilize multiple sourcing platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, etc.) to attract qualified candidates.
• • Conduct initial candidate assessments, schedule interviews, and manage feedback communication.
• • Maintain a talent pool for recurring roles and build long-term candidate relationships.
• • Ensure accurate documentation and reporting of recruitment activities.
• • Represent the company professionally in client meetings and recruitment fairs.
• • Support in employer branding initiatives and internal hiring as needed.
    

Requirements

• • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• • Minimum of 1–2 years of proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a consulting or agency setting.
• • Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
• • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• • Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects and meet tight deadlines.
• • Knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices is an added advantage.
• • Must be based in Abuja or willing to relocate.
