Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Account Officer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in maintaining internal financial records, supporting audit and tax processes, and using accounting software like QuickBooks and Excel to improve efficiency.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Accounting and Bookkeeping
- Tax and Compliance
- Process Improvement - Review current record-keeping and reporting systems to identify inefficiencies and propose and implement improvements to make processes faster, more accurate, and scalable Reporting and Coordination - Provide weekly and monthly updates to the COO and MD/CEO on financial performance
Requirements:
- Proficient in QuickBooks and other accounting software
- Strong command of Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot table, VLOOKUP, reporting)
- Good understanding of Nigerian tax regulations and compliance processes
- Familiar with audit preparation and financial documentation standards
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills
- Able to work independently and take initiative to improve systems
- Professional, discreet, and able to maintain confidentiality with sensitive financial data
