We are looking for a Senior Marketing Executive in our company who would be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth. This role requires a strong understanding of marketing principles, digital marketing, market research, and team leadership.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies: Create and execute marketing plans aligned with business objectives to increase brand visibility and sales.
- Oversee marketing campaigns: Manage the planning, execution, and performance analysis of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional advertising.
- Conduct market research: Analyse market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and inform marketing strategies.
- Manage the marketing budget: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
- Lead and mentor the marketing team: Supervise and guide junior marketing staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance: Track key metrics, analyse data, and make data-driven adjustments to optimise campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with other departments: Work closely with sales, product, and operations teams to ensure alignment and cohesive branding.
- Manage content creation: Oversee the creation and distribution of marketing content across various channels.
- Build and maintain relationships: Establish and maintain relationships with external partners and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing, with at least 2-3 years in a senior role, preferably in the FMCG/food or restaurant industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
