Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic marketing and sales plans to achieve business goals and increase occupancy rates.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with corporate organisations, travel agents, event planners, and individual clients.
• Promote hotel services, including accommodation, conference facilities, restaurants, and special packages to generate revenue.
• Manage the hotel’s digital presence, including social media platforms, online advertising, and content marketing.
• Represent the hotel at exhibitions, networking events, and trade shows to build visibility and attract new business.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure consistent brand messaging and high-quality guest experiences.
• Maintain a database of key clients and prospects and ensure timely follow-up on leads and enquiries.
Prepare and submit regular sales and marketing reports, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in a sales or marketing role within the hospitality industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
• Strong understanding of hotel operations, event sales, and digital marketing tools.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel booking/sales software.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Results-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
