Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate all Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews. • Drive the planning and execution of multiple concurrent projects across product, engineering, and operations. • Work with product owners and team leads to remove blockers and improve delivery timelines. • Maintain project documentation, reports, and dashboards for tracking progress and performance. • Implement PMO standards, governance frameworks, and continuous improvement initiatives. • Track dependencies, risks, and issues, ensuring proper escalation and resolution. • Foster a collaborative and accountable environment for team delivery. • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on objectives and deliverables. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field. • 4–6 years proven experience as a Scrum Master, Project Management, agile Methodology in a tech or financial services environment. • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum frameworks and project governance methodologies. • Certification in Scrum (CSM, PSM) or Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus. • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. • Experience with tools like Jira, Trello, Asana, or Monday.com. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment. • High attention to detail, with a problem-solving mindset. Pay: ₦300,000.00 - ₦450,000.00 per month
