Job Title: Market Developer/Marketer
Job Summary:
Responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, promoting company products/services, and increasing market share. The role involves market research, client acquisition, relationship management, and execution of marketing strategies to drive sales growth.
Key Duties:
- Research and analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and convert them to clients.
- Build and maintain strong customer and partner relationships.
- Promote the company brand at events and through digital channels.
- Prepare performance reports and recommend strategies for growth.
Requirements:
- Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Experience in marketing, sales, or business development.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
- Knowledge of digital marketing is an advantage.
