We are looking for a Sales Manager who will be responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and implementing effective sales strategies, managing the sales team, and building strong customer relationships. The role involves overseeing B2B and B2C sales channels, expanding market share, and ensuring customer satisfaction within the furniture manufacturing industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets.
- Manage and supervise the sales team, setting performance goals and monitoring results.
- Identify new business opportunities, markets, and potential clients (corporate, retail, distributors).
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers, contractors, architects, and interior designers.
- Collaborate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients while ensuring profitability.
- Prepare and analyze sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for management review.
- Train, coach, and mentor the sales team to enhance performance and professional growth.
- Develop promotional strategies and work closely with the marketing team to generate leads.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform sales strategies.
- Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and industry regulations.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Master’s degree or relevant professional certifications is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 5–7 years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role (preferably in manufacturing, furniture, construction, or FMCG).
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of sales principles, negotiation techniques, and customer relationship management.
- Experience with CRM software and sales reporting tools.
