Job Description (in Summary)
* Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive volume growth and achieve sales targets across the territory.
* Manage the distribution network, ensuring optimal product availability and visibility in all retail outlets.
* Lead and mentor a team of sales representatives, provide training and support to enhance their performance and achieve collective goals.
Major Requirements
* B.Sc./ HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or any other discipline.
* Minimum of four years’ experience preferably in FMCG sector.
* Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite.
