Driver & Transport Services

Responsibilities:

• Safely drive the employer to appointments, meetings, and other destinations as required.
• Ensure punctuality by planning routes and monitoring traffic conditions.
• Maintain the vehicle in excellent condition through regular cleaning, fueling, and servicing.
• Conduct routine vehicle checks and promptly report any issues or repairs needed.
• Assist with errands, luggage handling, and other driving-related support tasks.
• Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations to ensure passenger security.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Keep accurate records of mileage, fuel usage, and travel schedules when required.

Requirements:

• Must possess a valid and clean driver’s license appropriate for the vehicle being driven.
• Minimum of 2–3 years of professional driving experience, preferably as a personal or executive driver.
• No history of traffic violations, accidents, or criminal offenses.
• Familiarity with the city and surrounding areas, including alternate routes and traffic patterns.
• Ability to plan routes effectively and arrive on time.
• Must maintain confidentiality, show respect for privacy, and present a professional demeanor at all times.
• Willingness to work irregular hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays, as needed.
• Basic understanding of vehicle care and the ability to perform regular maintenance checks.
• Clear communication with the employer and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Ability to sit for long periods, load/unload luggage, and assist with errands if required.
