About the Company
Our client is a global leader in power transmission, distribution, and renewable energy solutions, with projects across Africa, Asia, and beyond. As part of its expansion in Nigeria, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to drive business development and strategic growth in Abuja and across Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets in the Nigerian power and renewable energy sector.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities, including government contracts, EPC projects, and private sector deals.
- Lead the preparation and submission of proposals, tenders, and bids.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with government agencies, regulators, utilities (TCN, DISCOs), and private sector clients.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and policy developments in Nigeria’s power and renewable industry.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA is an advantage).
- Experience in sales/business development within the power, renewable energy, or infrastructure sectors.
- Proven success in high-value B2B/project sales and experience with government tendering and procurement processes.
- Strong existing network with stakeholders in the Nigerian energy sector (Ministry of Power, REA, NBET, TCN, NERC, DISCOs).
- Previous study or work in China, ability to communicate in Chinese is an added advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₦300,000.00 - ₦500,000.00 per month
