Job Title: Sales Manager

Job Purpose: sales executive in a leading security company by making key point of contact between the organization and its clients also increase the company’s sales and its marketing activities to potential and exiting customers.
Reporting Line: Director of security (DOS)
1. General Qualifications
- Education: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. An advanced degree or certification in Sales/Marketing is an advantage.
- Experience: At least 3-5 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in security services or related industries.
2. Professional Skills
- Sales Expertise:
Ø Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Ø Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the physical security services industry.
- Market Knowledge:
Ø In-depth understanding of the Lagos market and its business environment.
Ø Familiarity with the various market segments: residential, corporate, retail, and industrial.
- Client Acquisition:
Ø Expertise in identifying and acquiring new clients in high-demand segments, such as luxury estates, retail outlets, and corporate offices.
- Negotiation Skills:
Ø Ability to negotiate contracts and service agreements with high-level decision-makers.

4. Technical Proficiency
- CRM Knowledge:
ü Proficiency in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software for tracking leads, clients, and sales activities.
- Reporting Skills:
ü Ability to prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts.
5. Additional Requirements
- Mobility:
Ø Must be willing to travel within Lagos and neighboring areas for client meetings.
- Adaptability:
Ø Flexibility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- References:
Ø At least two professional references from previous employers.
Remuneration:
Monthly salary and up to N1,000,000.00 sales commission.

Pay: From ₦200,000.00 per month
