Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies in alignment with the company's strategic plan.
- Lead the full employee life cycle, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, training and development, succession planning, and offboarding.
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture through effective employee relations management.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Manage compensation and benefits programs, including salary benchmarking, performance-based incentives, and employee wellness initiatives.
- Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends, measure performance, and recommend improvements. Collaborate with department heads to address HR-related issues and provide strategic HR support
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience
- BSc. Degree in a relevant course of study
