Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Sales & E-Commerce Manager in Lagos.
As the Sales and E-commerce Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing strategies to boost online sales, expand our reach, and enhance our brand presence across all digital channels. This role combines a strong analytical skillset with a keen sense of customer-centric marketing, requiring experience in e-commerce management, digital sales strategies, and customer engagement.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
E-commerce Strategy and Management: Develop and e-commerce strategy to maximize sales and enhance customer experience.
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platform, ensuring smooth functionality, inventory management, and optimal customer journeys.
Manage the setup and maintenance of product pages, optimizing descriptions, images, pricing, and promotions.
Sales and Revenue Growth:
Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for growth, optimize conversion rates, and improve average order values.
Develop and implement online sales campaigns, promotions, and product bundles to drive revenue.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create and launch seasonal and thematic campaigns.
Digital Marketing Collaboration:
Work closely with the digital marketing team to develop content, SEO strategies, and PPC advertising campaigns to attract and engage customers.
Support email marketing efforts by creating customer segments, personalized recommendations, and product-focused content.
Leverage social media platforms and partnerships to drive traffic and boost online sales.
Customer Insights and Experience:
Monitor customer behavior on the site, analyze feedback, and provide actionable insights to improve the online shopping experience.
Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.
Conduct competitor analysis to stay updated on industry trends and ensure the com remains competitive in the e-commerce space.
Performance Analysis and Reporting:
- Track key performance metrics and prepare regular reports on e-commerce performance, identifying strengths and areas for improvement.
- Use analytics tools to monitor website traffic, sales, customer journey, and conversion rates, adapting strategies as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in e-commerce management, preferably within the lifestyle or consumer goods industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media.
- Proficiency in e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to multitask and work within deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with an eye for detail and creativity.

Pay: ₦600,000.00 - ₦1,000,000.00 per month
