A reputable company in Abuja is looking to hire a Retail Supervisor to manage daily shop operations, supervise staff, and ensure excellent customer service and smooth sales processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and attend to customers politely.
- Supervise daily shop operations and team performance.
- Ensure products are properly displayed and restocked.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and sales transactions.
- Maintain cleanliness, stock records, and store organization.
- Keep daily sales and expense records.
Requirements:
- Minimum of SSCE or OND (Degree is an advantage).
- 1–3 years of experience in a retail, shop, or customer service role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage a team.
- Honest, punctual, and customer-friendly.
