Job Summary:
As the Retail Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of retail stores, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining store appearance, and driving sales growth.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, stock management, and visual merchandising.
- Ensure excellent customer service is provided to all customers, resolving any complaints or issues in a professional manner.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying opportunities to increase sales and implementing strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Manage inventory levels, track stock movement, and minimize stock losses.
- Supervise and motivate sales staff, providing guidance, training, and feedback to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment, adhering to company standards.
- Ensure store security and safety protocols are followed, protecting customers, staff, and company assets.
Requirements:
· First degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
· Minimum 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
· Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
· Familiarity with retail operations, inventory management, and customer service principles.
