Overview:

As the Bridge Supervisor, you will serve as the offshore operational lead on a DP2 vessel , directing real-time coordination of deck operations, well control equipment deployment, and ROV tooling during riserless interventions. Operating from the vessel bridge, you will ensure safe, efficient, and compliant execution of all tasks, maintaining strict alignment with project plans, marine procedures, and client standards (i.e., Shell, BV & DNV).

Qualifications & Experience:

Essential:

Experience:

7+ years offshore in well intervention, marine operations, or deck supervision.

Proven expertise in light well intervention (LWI) and riserless well access systems.

Certifications:

IWCF Level 4 (Well Control).

BOSIET/FOET with valid offshore medical certificate.

Technical Knowledge:

Mastery of DP operations, subsea control systems, and pressure equipment.

Familiarity with Shell lifting/hoisting guidelines, DNV standards, and SIMOPS protocols.
