Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily Front of the House and Back of the House restaurant operations
- Implement policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations
- Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity
- Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints
- Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly, and annual revenues and expenses
Requirements:
- BSc degree in Business Administration. Hospitality management or culinary schooling is a plus.
- Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager, Restaurant General Manager, hospitality manager or similar role
- Extensive food and beverage (F&B) knowledge
- Proven customer service experience as a manager
- Strong leadership, motivation, and people skills
- Proficient in MS Office and relevant software
- Excellent Problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
