Job Title: Restaurant Manager

About the Role:
We are recruiting for a client. We are looking to hire an experienced and highly organized Restaurant /Eatery Manager to lead our client's Restaurant operations in Surulere, Lagos. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences while driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
*Oversee daily restaurant operations for efficiency and quality service.
*Lead, train, and motivate staff to achieve top perfomance.
*Develop and implement marketing plans to attract and retain customers.
*Drive customer acquisition and ensure strong relationships with existing customers.
*Build and maintain relationships with food vendors and other suppliers.
*Manage staff effectively and ensure smooth team cordination.
*Establish checks and balances to minimize waste in human and material resources.
*Drive revenue generation through innovative strategies and exceptional service delivery.
*Manage inventory, stock control, and ensure cost-effective operations.
*Handle basic accounting tasks and cashier functions, including daily reconciliation.
*Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
*Address customer concerns and ensure excellent service recovery.
*Prepare reports on sales performance, expenses, and profitability.
Requirements:
*Education: B.Sc. in Business Administration or any related field
*Experience: Minimum of 3 years in restaurant management/supervision or a similar role.
Skills:
*Strong leadership and team management abilities.
*Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
*Ability to design and execute effecive marketing strategies.
*Basic accounting and cashier experience.
*Strong customer service orientatin with attention to detail.
* Strong communication skills (ability to speak English language and any local language fluently).
