Role Overview
We're looking for a Regional Sales Manager to lead sales efforts across Port Harcourt and the broader South-South/South-East region. You’ll be responsible for revenue growth, client acquisition, and managing a high-performing sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a regional sales strategy aligned with company goals.
- Identify and acquire new enterprise clients across target sectors.
- Manage the entire sales cycle — from lead generation to negotiation and closing.
- Build and lead a team of field reps, BDMs, or agents.
- Maintain and grow existing client relationships.
- Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and market feedback.
- Represent the company at regional trade events, expos, and B2B meetings.
- Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to ensure client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and client needs.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in an IT, SaaS, Telecom, or Tech firm.
- Experience covering South-South/East regions is essential.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and managing teams.
- Strong B2B selling, negotiation, and account management skills.
- Must be willing to travel regularly across the assigned region.
