About the Role
We are on the lookout for a Regional Sales & Operations Manager, a high-impact leader who can drive market growth, streamline field execution, and build winning teams across diverse geographies. This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on execution and is ideal for leaders experienced in managing large, mobile teams in high-growth, high-intensity sectors.
Whether your background is in field sales, last-mile distribution, agency management, or regional operations, we are looking for adaptable leaders who can turn data into decisions and people into performance.
Responsibilities
1) Market Expansion & Execution
- Lead end-to-end regional rollout and growth initiatives
- Analyze local market dynamics and tailor strategies accordingly
- Optimize go-to-market models for reach, speed, and efficiency
2) Field Team & Operations Management
- Oversee performance of branches, field staff, and partner networks
- Ensure operational compliance, SOP adherence, and customer satisfaction
- Drive continuous improvement through audits and feedback loops
3) People & Performance Leadership
- Build, train, and mentor high-performing regional teams
- Set clear KPIs, drive accountability, and reward outcomes
- Cultivate a culture of agility, ownership, and hustle
4) Data, Reporting & Compliance
- Track sales, service, and operational data to inform action
- Own escalations and resolve critical field-level issues quickly
- Deliver insights to central teams for faster, smarter decisions
Required Qualifications
- 4–8 years of leadership experience in sales, ops, or territory management
- Proven track record in fintech, FMCG, logistics, banking, or similar sectors
- Experience managing distributed teams and fast-paced field ops
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication, coaching, and execution abilities
- Bachelor's degree required (MBA or equivalent a plus)
