*Job Summary:*
We're seeking an experienced and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts across a specific geographic region. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting and adjusting sales goals, overseeing territory sales representatives, and driving business growth to achieve company objectives.
*Key Responsibilities:*

• Develop and execute market development strategies
• Drive product penetration and customer relationship management
• Manage sales performance and reporting
• Prepare and manage budgets and financial reports
• Conduct market research and analysis
• Lead and develop high-performance sales teams

*Requirements:*

• HND or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Masters/MBA an added advantage)
• 10 years sales experience in FMCG industry with at least 3 years in a managerial position
• Strong selling skills, customer relationship management, and research & analytical skills
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills
