Job Overview:
Our Client, Spade - are building one of the most dynamic and engaging sports betting platforms in the industry — and are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to help scale.
In this role, you’ll lead the strategy and execution of paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, and other performance channels.
Your mission: drive user acquisition, boost conversions, and optimize ROI. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to bring creative campaigns to life, analyze results in real time, and continuously improve performance based on data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities:
Paid Media Campaign Management
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize campaigns on platforms like:
- Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
- Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram)
- Twitter, TikTok, Snapchat, Programmatic, etc.
- Ensure proper campaign tracking, UTM tagging, and budget pacing.
Campaign Strategy & Optimization
- Define audience segmentation, bidding strategies, ad placements, and A/B tests.
- Continuously test and iterate ad creatives, copy, and landing pages to improve conversion rates.
- Monitor daily performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc.
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Track KPIs and deliver weekly/monthly performance reports.
- Use insights from analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.) to inform strategies.
- Set up dashboards for real-time performance monitoring.
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
- Collaborate with web and product teams to optimize user journeys and landing page experiences.
- Implement retargeting and funnel-based strategies to increase customer sign-ups and deposits.
Budget & Forecasting
- Manage and allocate advertising budgets across channels based on ROI.
- Forecast campaign spend, results, and identify scaling opportunities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with the content, design, CRM, and affiliate teams to align campaign messaging and timing. Coordinate with compliance/legal teams to ensure all ads follow advertising and gaming guidelines.

Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or related field.
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, preferably in sports betting, e-commerce, gaming, or fintech.
- Proficient in using:
- Google Ads & Google Analytics (GA4)
- Facebook Ads Manager
- TikTok Ads, Twitter Ads, etc.
- Data visualization tools like Looker Studio or Tableau
- Strong analytical skills with a performance-driven mindset.
- Experience with retargeting, pixel tracking, and event-based conversion tracking. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-first environment.

- Experience working with affiliate marketing or influencer partnerships.
- Familiarity with betting, sportsbook promotions, or gaming user flows.
- Certification in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint. Knowledge of tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or SimilarWeb.
