Job Summary
We are currently hiring for the position of Shop Manager for a gift store. The candidates to be considered must have worked in the gifting industry and in the position of a Manager with a minimum experience of 5 years. We are currently in need of an Innovative, dynamic thinker with Strong communication & interpersonal skills as a Manager.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure everything runs smoothly
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking
- Hire, train, and supervise staff members
- Schedule meetings and assign duties
- Monitor staff performance and provide feedback
- Maintain high customer service standards
- Handle inquiries, complaints, and special requests
- Engage customers and upsell products
- Track stock levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment
- Monitor sales transactions
- Ensure proper pricing and promotional strategies are implemented
- Coordinate social media and adverts
- Suggest and implement creative ideas to attract new customers
- Ensure gift items are attractively displayed to encourage purchases Monitor security measures and prevent theft or loss, or damage
Requirements:
- High level of organization and attention to every detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales goals
- Must have worked in the Gifting industry/gift shop
