About the Role

As a Marketing Associate, you will play a vital role in promoting the bank’s products and services, acquiring new customers, and supporting the bank’s growth through direct marketing and deposit mobilization strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote the bank’s financial products and services to individuals and businesses
- Acquire new customers and open accounts in line with set targets
- Mobilize deposits and grow the bank’s customer base
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Attend field marketing campaigns and promotional activities
- Prepare and submit performance reports as required
- Represent the bank in a professional and customer-focused manner
Requirements
- B.Sc. or HND in any discipline (Minimum of Second Class Lower or Upper Credit)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong interest in sales, marketing, or customer service
- Energetic, confident, and goal-oriented
- Previous experience in financial services or banking is an added advantage
- Applicants should be able to commute to or reside within reasonable proximity to Victoria Island, Lagos
