Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a multi-channel marketing strategy encompassing digital (social media, SEO/SEM, email) and traditional (print, local advertising) platforms.
- Create engaging content (copy, images, video) for social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest) that showcases our products and drives engagement.
- Manage and optimise digital advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads) to generate leads and sales.
- Plan and promote in-store events, sales, and promotions to drive foot traffic.
- Build and segment email marketing lists and execute campaigns that nurture leads and encourage repeat business.
- Analyse campaign performance and customer data to derive insights and make data-driven decisions for future strategies.
- Collaborate with the store manager and owners to align marketing activities with inventory, sales goals, and seasonal trends. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
