TMAsourcing Solutions is hiring Field Sales and Marketing Executives to promote and sell logistics services including air cargo, sea freight, and local delivery. This role is ideal for self-motivated individuals who enjoy interacting with people, meeting targets, and driving revenue through both offline and digital strategies.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through field marketing, cold calls, physical client visits, and online channels.
- Promote company services (air cargo, sea cargo, local delivery) to individuals, SMEs, and corporate clients.
- Pitch logistics solutions tailored to clients’ needs and close deals to meet monthly targets.
- Conduct on-site client meetings to build trust and explain service benefits.
- Manage existing client relationships and ensure regular follow-ups for repeat business.
- Represent the company at networking events, expos, and industry meet-ups.
- Collaborate with internal teams (operations, customer service, dispatch) to ensure service quality.
- Use WhatsApp, social media, and email marketing tools to boost reach and engagement.
- Track leads, conversions, and submit weekly performance reports. Gather market intelligence and recommend improvements to marketing strategy.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or logistics/freight services.
- Must be comfortable and available for physical fieldwork, including cold visits and outdoor marketing.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets consistently.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Tech-savvy with basic knowledge of using CRM tools, WhatsApp Business, social media, and Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with freight forwarding/logistics services is a strong advantage.
- Age: 22 – 35 years preferred (smart, energetic, and proactive). Must reside within Bodija or nearby locations.
Performance KPIs & Compensation :
- Monthly Gross Revenue Target: NGN 35 Million Monthly with a Net Profit Target of NGN 1.5 Million
- Gross Salary: NGN 150,000, Net Salary: NGN 100,000 (if targets aren’t met)
- Full NGN 150,000 payable if KPIs are met/exceeded
- Commission: 2% on profits after KPIs (up to NGN 100k/month) Consistent under-performance may lead to review , and the top performers will be considered for Sales lead roles or assigned specific portfolios/ territories
Remuneration: NGN 100,000 Net
