We are recruiting Director of Sales and Marketing for our client in the Capital Marketing business with operations nationwide. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction to the sales and marketing department within our client company.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develops sales and marketing forecasts based on good understanding of the prevailing industry and economic trends,
- Drives the development and execution of the company’s sales & marketing strategies in alignment with the company’s overall corporate strategy,
- Sets the objectives and key performance metrics by which the Sales and Marketing department implements, monitors and reports its approved strategic and operational plans,
- Oversees the development of the Sales & Marketing policies, processes, procedures, risk assessment, risk treatment plans, implementation & reporting. Builds, leads, develops and manages sales & marketing team
Requirements:
- Minimum of first degree in any discipline., Minimum of thirteen (13) years sales and marketing experience in the core Capital Market Business with at least 5 years in a senior management role,
Desirable:
- Relevant Postgraduate degrees & Professional Certifications.
