Reporting To: GM, Business Operations
Location: Lagos, Nigeria | Full-Time | 5+ Years Experience Required
Are you a hands-on leader with a passion for keeping spaces safe, efficient, and beautifully maintained? We’re seeking a Facility Manager to oversee our corporate facilities and executive residences, ensuring everything operates smoothly—from HVAC systems to landscaping.
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Overseeing maintenance of buildings, workstations, and executive residences
- Managing contractors, vendors, and internal facility staff
- Leading facility improvement projects from planning to execution
- Ensuring compliance with HSE standards and ESG principles
- Handling budgets, reporting, and documentation with precision
- Responding swiftly to emergencies and repair needs
- Maintaining pristine office and residential environments
What You’ll Bring:
- A first degree and minimum of 5 years relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of HSE, building systems, and project management
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital tools
- High attention to detail and discretion
