Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Actively market the bank’s products and services to new and existing customers.
- Mobilize deposits by leveraging personal and professional networks.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to ensure retention and growth.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities for revenue expansion.
- Execute marketing campaigns and community engagement activities. Provide market feedback and competitor insights to management.
Requirements:
- Must Reside on the Island
- 3–5 years’ experience in marketing, sales, or relationship management in banking/microfinance.
- Proven success in deposit mobilization with an existing, reliable client network.
- Strong networking, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and adaptable to multiple business needs.
