Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Verification Officer, located in Lagos. The Junior Verification Officer will be responsible for conducting background checks, verifying documents, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Day-to-day tasks include contacting references, reviewing and validating information, maintaining accurate records, and reporting findings to management. The role also involves liaising with relevant authorities and stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate verification processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in conducting background checks and document verification
• Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
• Ability to maintain accuracy and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in using verification tools and software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the outsourcing or related industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field
