Job Title: Verification Officer
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Salary: N60,000 net

About the Role:
Join a fast-growing organization committed to operational excellence and superior customer and partner engagement in the mobility and logistics sector. We are looking for Verification Officers to support our expanding operations in Ikeja, Lagos.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough background checks and documentation verification for drivers, vendors, and service providers.
- Verify the authenticity of submitted documents using internal tools and external databases.
- Maintain detailed and organized records of all verification activities.
- Liaise with relevant authorities, regulatory agencies, and third-party platforms for accurate information.
- Flag inconsistencies and escalate concerns according to company policy.
- Support the onboarding process by ensuring all verified candidates meet company standards and compliance requirements.
- Generate verification reports and provide timely updates to the relevant teams.
- Uphold confidentiality and data privacy protocols at all times.
Requirements:
- Minimum of OND in any discipline.
- Previous experience in verification, compliance, or related roles is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in basic computer tools (MS Word, Excel, Internet research).
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
