Job Title: Inventory/Admin Officer
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-Time
Work Hours: Monday to Saturday - 8.30am to 6pm
Must reside in Ikeja axis.
About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Inventory/Admin Officer to oversee daily stock management and ensure smooth administrative processes. This role is crucial in maintaining product quality, efficient stock control, and excellent administrative processes within our business.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain store organization and professional appearance.
- Manage inventory records: daily stock checks, bin card updates, and monitoring of fast-moving items.
- Oversee goods release and stock receiving processes with accurate documentation.
- Supervise helium gas usage, storage, and safe external deliveries.
- Conduct quality control checks, balloon maintenance, and product repackaging
- Execute special projects
- Ensure accurate record-keeping.
QUALIFICATION & REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of OND/HND/Bachelor’s degree
- At least 2 years’ experience in inventory management, storekeeping, or operations.
- Strong organizational, record-keeping, and reporting skills.
- Knowledge of stock control systems and MS Office tools.
- Integrity, attention to detail, and commitment to safety standards.
