Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of new employees
- Managing employee relations, conflicts, and grievances
- Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
- Conducting training and development programs for employees
- Managing employee benefits, compensation, and performance evaluations
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records Ensuring compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience in HR or a related field
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Professional certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, HRCI) preferred
