Job Description/Requirements
Our client, an Agricultural Company needs Human Resources Executive in Owode, Ogun State. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, developing and implementing HR policies, overseeing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. Daily tasks include recruitment, performance management, employee onboarding, and addressing employee grievances. The role requires coordination with various departments to foster a positive and productive work environment.
Qualifications
- HR Management and Human Resources (HR) skills
- 3-5 years working experience in HR Operations and developing HR Policies
- Strong Employee Relations skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work on-site
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Relevant working experience in the Agricultural sector.
