Front Desk Officer

Location: Lagos

We are seeking a proactive, organized, and professional Front Desk Officer to manage our reception area and provide administrative support to ensure efficient front office operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and attend to visitors, clients, and applicants professionally.
• Manage phone calls: answer, screen, route, or take messages promptly.
• Maintain visitor logs, access control, and reception security.
• Receive, sort, and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries.
• Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable.
• Provide accurate information and direct inquiries to the right departments.
• Support with scheduling, filing, data entry, and basic correspondence.
• Assist with administrative tasks including meeting coordination and document handling.

Requirements

• B.Sc. in Mass Communication or English
• 2+ years’ experience in a similar front desk/reception role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Computer proficiency (MS Office).
• Professional appearance, organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused.
