The Front Desk Officer serves as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing excellent customer service and administrative support. The role involves managing the reception area, handling incoming calls, greeting guests, and performing various clerical duties to ensure smooth day-to-day front office operations.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area.
- Manage appointments and maintain visitor logs.
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
- Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone/email.
- Maintain office security by following procedures and controlling access (e.g., monitoring visitor logbook, issuing visitor badges).
- Assist in administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
- Coordinate with internal departments for various administrative needs. Support event and meeting coordination when required.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience
- SSCE Certificate is required
