- Coordinate the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Conduct onboarding sessions to familiarize new hires with company policies, job expectations, and workplace culture.
- Address staff concerns and resolve workplace conflicts promptly and professionally.
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, motivation, and retention.
- Conduct regular check-ins with employees to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
- Identify training needs and organize skill development programs for staff.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives.
- Assist with processing employee payroll and managing benefits programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws regarding wages, hours, and benefits.
- Maintain and update employee records, including contracts, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions.
- Ensure adherence to labor laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies.
- Implement and oversee performance appraisal processes to ensure employees meet restaurant standards.
- Support managers in setting employee goals and monitoring progress.
- Develop, communicate, and enforce HR policies in line with company goals and legal requirements.
- Keep the team informed about any updates to policies or regulations.
