We are seeking an agile HR Business Partner (HRBP) with 3+ years of HR experience and a passion for Agile methodologies. In this role, you will act as a strategic partner to business leaders, embedding Agile HR practices to enhance organizational agility, talent development, and employee experience. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive people initiatives that align with business goals while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Agile HR Strategy & Business Partnership
- Partner with leadership to align HR strategies with Agile principles (iterative feedback, adaptability, and collaboration).
- Act as a trusted advisor to managers on talent management, organizational design, and workforce planning. Facilitate Agile HR ceremonies (e.g., retrospectives for HR processes, sprint-style goal setting).
Talent Development & Performance Enablement
- Implement Agile performance frameworks (e.g., continuous feedback, OKRs, growth sprints).
- Design and deliver learning programs focused on Agile leadership, resilience, and collaboration. Support career pathing and internal mobility to build adaptable teams.
Employee Experience & Engagement
- Champion agile ways of working (e.g., psychological safety, servant leadership).
- Conduct pulse surveys and stay interviews to iterate on employee engagement strategies. Resolve employee relations issues with an agile mindset (empathy, transparency, rapid resolution).
Agile Recruitment & Onboarding
- Optimize hiring processes for speed and candidate experience (e.g., Agile hiring sprints, lean recruitment).
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define skills-based role requirements over rigid job descriptions. Design onboarding "sprints" for faster new hire integration.
Data-Driven HR & Continuous Improvement
- Use HR analytics (turnover, engagement, productivity) to identify trends and recommend experiments.
- Iterate on HR policies and programs based on feedback loops and data insights. Leverage HR tech tools (e.g., LMS, engagement platforms, Agile HR software)
Requirements :
- 3+ years in HR roles (HRBP, Talent, or L&D) with exposure to Agile/Scrum environments.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean) applied to HR.
- Experience with performance management, change management, and employee development.
- Strong facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS (e.g., Workday, BambooHR) and collaboration tools (Slack, Trello, Jira).
- Experience in tech, startups, or digital transformation projects.
- Familiarity with design thinking for HR solutions.
